What we collect

If you use the contact form or email us, we keep your name, business name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message. If you become a customer, we also keep the details needed to run your account.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to provide the service you've signed up for, and to keep proper business records.

Who we share it with

Only the services we use to run the business: Netlify (website hosting and contact form), GoCardless (Direct Debit payments) and our email provider. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go further are deleted after 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@ardocmedia.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
